I hired Thomas Hale/Jay Hale over 6 months ago to renovate my kitchen. His company at the time I hired him was Phoenix Construction. At first all was good and moving smoothly. He was great when he came and we talked through the plan of my renovations. I trusted him and was so happy. Things went from great to really bad. I paid almost all of the money owed to him but my Renos are far from being complete and due to the fact that he is not paying his subcontractors they are refusing to finish any work. He has also had at least 3 other customers that I know of that are not happy with the work or lack of work completed in their Renos as well. I can no longer reach Thomas/Jay and his company is no longer being found in any searches. I have heard that this is not the first time that he has changed names of him self and of the company that he is advertising to be under. He works in the Atlanta and surrounding areas.

Phoenix worked extremely hard to provide great service and quality work, I had limited funding for a rebuild and they provided great service !! I would recommend this company to family and friends!!
