We appreciate you taking the time to share your positive experience. We are glad that we could be of service and we appreciate your business!
Very easy to work with. Professional, no upfront money, they do their job and then you pay them.
Following up of my previous review of this company post Hurricane Ian. Phoenix Contracting replaced my rolled asphalt flat roof about 3 weeks prior to Hurricane Ian hitting on September 28, 2022. I am very happy to inform you that nothing on my roof moved. I inspected the roof and it is as tight as the day it passed final inspection.
I'd give them 100 stars if available! Tom kept me appraised of the progress every step of the way. I inherited an old, neglected house. The roof was a total, rotten mess. Tom and I walked the roof after the old roofing was torn off, exposing the deterioration of the underlying structure. He explained to me the different alternatives to reroof and the costs of each. I was pleasantly surprised at the final cost; it was well within what I had budgeted for the project even with the additional cost of replacing rotten wood that I was previously unaware of. I didn't get a metal roof that I thought I wanted because of the low pitch of the roof (1/12), it had nothing to do with the contractor, I chose the final product due to code enforcement regulations. His work crew were very industrious and respectful of my property. I walked the property after they left. I found NO nails, screws or debris left behind. I highly recommend this roofing company for price, courtesy, professionalism, and personal integrity. I am one happy Great-grandma!
Quoted in timely manner, outlining full scope of their work. Kept in constant contact re: likely start date, then completion date. 3 payment instalments that related to work done. At end, provided photos at various stages of completion + list of materials used. No surprises. A professional approach through out.
Smooth process working with Tom.. from proposal to final inspection in two weeks Happy with my new roof
I got 3 estimates from 3 different popular companies in the area and found phoenix contracting on home advisor and Tom was pleasant to work with, efficient and great communication via text and email which is my preference, since I work 5 days a week, after they were hired, within days the work started and was done in less then 3 days, I have a single mobile home so it didn't take that much time but I didn't have to wait 1 or 2 months like the other companies that I got estimates from, and the best part is I saved money, reasonable rates and the work was done efficiently, I was a little schepticule thinking it was too good to be true, but they didn't disappoint! Great Job Tom and the Crew!!
The owner and employees were excellant. The roof come out great and they did an excellent job in the final cleanup.
Tom and his employees at Phoenix contracting did a fantastic job replacing our porch roof. The scheduling/estimate process was straight forward and the workmanship was top notch and done at a very good price. We couldn’t be happier with the result. Would recommend.
Fast, reasonable, perfect! A
