I found Phoenix when they did a few houses around our house. I submitted a request, Denny and Steve came, did the initial inspection, and as they say, the rest is history. We had a fabulous experiences working with Denny and his crew every step of the way: calling insurance, inspections, scheduling the work, from start to finish. I'm impressed with the speed, professionalism, responsiveness (explaining to us different options and respecting our choices), and also knowledge in what they do. In addition, I also appreciate they took extra care protecting our property. All in all, we had a fantastic experiences working with Denny and his crew. We also respect their hard labor and would recommend Phoenix without reservation.

The service was excellent. I had a roof leak during a storm that needed repair. Water was dripping into the kitchen from the ceiling. I called and spoke to Denny. He came out very timely and found my problem. He fixed the leak in the roof boot and also repaired several more. I can say this was the best service experience I have had. I highly recommend Phoenix Exterior Solutions!... My wife and I live in Union County, NC... I noticed several Phoenix Exterior Solutions signs in our neighborhood, as we had a hail storm a couple months ago. I called and asked for an assessment of our roof. One of the owners, Steve Hilliard climbed on the roof, took photographs and explained everything in detail. He believed that our damage justified requesting our insurance company to send their adjuster to evaluate our roof. Prior to requesting the adjuster's visit, Steve and his co-owner Denny Barrish scheduled aerial photographs of our home. When the adjuster arrived, Steve was present to discuss our damage.... Upon approval, Steve and Denny's team arrived. They were amazing! They were professional, efficient and truly knew their job!...If any existing roof wood sheets had signs of water damage, they replaced them... Additionally, the windows, garage door and plants were protected ....At the end of the day, the roof was completed, and the entire area was cleaned and swept with magnetic rollers so that no nails remained on the lawn.... Neighbors who had their roofs replaced also shared how pleased they were with Phoenix's work... I believe that good, honest work should be recognized, so I am pleased to write this review... These guys were amazing -- we called them in to do an estimate, and they worked with us and our insurance company to make sure everything was included and covered. They went above and beyond in all aspects of the project, start to finish. They were great to work with, and their craftmanship is superior. Highly recommend them for all roofing/exterior needs.

Denny and Steve and their crew are the best of the best. They are patient and trustworthy, and so easy to get in touch with if you have a question. Excellent customer service and excellent work on our roof. Their crew was quick with their work and respectful. They obviously took great pride in their work. They protected our windows, front porch, and doors with wood, not just cloth draping. We have noticed other companies replacing roofing in our neighborhood and they have not taken this additional precaution. Can not say enough great things about Phoenix!
