I had a truly abysmal experience with Phenix Fine Painting for the interior paint job on my custom home. The first issue is that they spray the interior walls, which perhaps would have been fine, but the masking job done by the crew was horrendous - there was (and still is) paint overspray all throughout the house. Overspray on my subzero refrigerator, my $2k coffee machine, the wood cabinets, every single solid wood door, my wood ceiling, saltillo tile I had just spent thousands of dollars refinishing, and more. There was also something wrong with their spray gun in which thousands upon thousands of small bubbles were generated in the paint surface on every wall. They attempted to make things right, but after 2 crews in my house an extra 2+ weeks, I just wanted them gone so I could put my house back together. I am still finding locations where they missed fixing the bubbles, or overspray issues, or too thick paint issues. The name Phoenix Fine Painting is a complete misnomer.

We hired Phoenix Fine Painting the day after closing on our new San Tan Valley, AZ home. This was an unexpected expense because we didn’t like the builder’s low-grade paint quality. Trying to get multiple paint estimate appointments lined up remotely (we still lived in California) was stressful but was made much easier when Joey showed up on time on the only day we had in AZ after the close (we moved in three weeks later). The quote was more than reasonable for the requested work. They made specific and valuable recommendations and accommodated our paint color requests for the different rooms and accent walls. We were told it would take 3-4 days to complete, and that's exactly what it took, with no unexpected charges. The painters, Enrique and Yovanni were professional, and we are very pleased with the quality of their hard work. They stayed connected with me remotely, even doing Face-Time walk-throughs with me because they did the work while I wasn't there. Highly recommend!

They had a quick response for an estimate and were great with communication! Everyone I spoke to was great and very helpful with answering questions and talking me through the process. I got 5 or 6 quotes for the job and their pricing was by far the best! Antonio was the foreman for the job and both he and the other guy with him were very friendly and professional. They did a fantastic job and they did it in a timely manner. Definitely will be using them again for any future painting projects!

The guys did a great job painting the interior of my home. They started on Monday and finished on Friday, and the house looks great. They also spent time cleaning up and did a very good job there. What was disappointing was the job with the blinds in various rooms. The Hunter Douglas roller shades in the kitchen were totally unusable and I had to hire a blinds company to come out to fix them. Blinds in my office and one of the bedrooms also had problems, one I fixed myself, the other has to be replaced. When I called the office to pass on these concerns, I was told they would contact the foreman and let him know. Never heard a word. I saw him once, only before the job started, and believe he should have been there once the job was completed, to sign off. If it would not have been for these issues, I would have given them a 5.

Both Enrique and Giovanni were very professional - likeable and able to do their jobs well. the took input from us and were efficient in doing their work. Highly recommended
