Pre-Fabricated Fireplace Unit (Non-Gas) - Install
My project started on 3/28/16, provided a 2 day completion timeline. Today is 4/27/16, my fireplace has not been completed. The work that has been completed is not level, the boards are significantly slanted (workmanship quality issues). The gas logs, gas connection, painting have not been completed. I paid 90% of the invoice on good faith that the work was going to be completed within 3 days of payment. 3 weeks later, I have continued to receive excuses of Leo being too busy or unable to find contract labor to assist with the completion of the job. This has been a horrible experience without any resolution to date.
