Nothing is more stressful than coming home after working a 12-hour shift only to discover your water heater has burst and flooded half your house. Add two under 2 years old and a 9-year-old to the mix, and it feels completely overwhelming. Phoenix Mitigation responded that very night, and by the next day, they had already begun demolition. They carefully moved all of our furniture and belongings, completed the work efficiently, and then put everything back neatly on the concrete slab neatly!! What impressed me most wasn’t just the speed—it was the level of care. When my oldest son’s asthma started flaring up from the dust, they immediately left us a HEPA air filter to help improve the air quality. That simple act showed they genuinely cared about my family’s well-being, not just finishing the job. Communication was excellent throughout the entire process. They were responsive with both our insurance company and the reconstruction team! Highly recommend them!!
