"Thank you for sharing your experience, Corinne. We genuinely care about every client and want to address this review with full transparency. We do remember this project, and the reason we declined to address the electrical outlet was out of serious concern for your safety. Given that the home had previously suffered an electrical fire, we felt strongly that any electrical work needed to be handled by a licensed electrician who could properly assess the wiring and ensure there were no underlying hazards. Taking on that work ourselves could have put you and your home at risk, and that was something we were not willing to do. We understand this may have been frustrating, and we are truly sorry if our reasoning wasn't communicated as clearly as it should have been. Your safety has always been and will always be our number one priority at Phoenix Group Contractors. We hope you'll consider reaching out to us at so we can address any remaining concerns."

First and foremost, we apologize for any inconvenience or frustration you may have experienced. We take all feedback seriously and are committed to resolving any issues that arise. We would like to learn more about your specific situation so that we can address your concerns directly. If you would be willing to share more details about your experience with us, we would greatly appreciate the opportunity to address any issues and make things right. Our team is dedicated to ensuring the satisfaction of our clients, and we will do everything we can to make sure you are satisfied with the final outcome of your home remodel.
