Reviews
Write a ReviewI really wish I could give Grant 6 stars! He is amiable, kind, and incredibly talented! His work is amazing! I would recommend Grant for ANY project he says he can do. Grants' work ethic is admirable as he treats each of his clients as he would himself. His work was flawless and completed very quickly. Additionally, Grant is just a joy to be around and makes his clients feel comfortable. Thanks Grant!
Grant, was awesome, very friendly and courteous. We are very satisfied with the work he did in replacing our water damage walls. We send him a picture of the area needing repairs and he gave us a quote. He showed up on time and did an excellent job for a great price. We highly recommend him. Best of all he cleans up like he was never there.
Grant was very professional in all his dealings and obviously at the top of his game with stucco work. He padded his ladder to protect where it leaned against the rain gutters and put down a drop cloth to cover the roof tiles from the old stucco he chipped off. He came to the job fully equipped and worked steady and methodically from start to finish. I will need more stucco work in the future and Grant will be my first call. FYI: He also does plaster over lath on homes in the historic district of Phoenix, like Brent Waterman does on his TV show "Restored." Grant also does interior and exterior painting as well as stucco work. Hire with confidence.
My experience with Phoenix Plastering can be summarized in several words: high quality, excellent work ethic and attitudes, and a good price. Two lower sections of our exterior walls were badly damaged as a result of water leakage and the previous lousy work done on those walls. I already knew that it was more difficult to fix that kind of damage than just plain painting, and it required a special skill and experience, so I was worried. I shouldnâ t have been. Grant did a wonderful job, and I didnâ t have to clean after him. There were a few more things that I liked about Grant. He was punctual and kept his promises. There was no need for supervision or reminders. And he is a nice person. I know now that he has been in business since the mid-90s, and he is a true professional. If I ever need patching or painting services, Grant will be my first choice. I will definitely recommend Phoenix Plastering to my friends and neighbors.
Good job.
Grant showed up to work every morning on time. We had another person previous doing work in the house it was a disaster Grant had to redo everything that this person done I mean everything, everything Thank you Grant for a great job on our drywall and sink we finally finding someone that really wants to work, nobody wants to work anymore these days Grant is a old school worker he got the job done in a timely manner We would definitely have him to do more work for us in the future
Excellent service
We hired Phoenix Plastering to repair interior ceiling damage, including plastering and painting, caused by roof leaks in our historic home. Grant is truly a master craftsman who not only addressed the immediate issues, but found and repaired a structural issue with the ceiling trusses that was causing the bedroom ceiling to sag in the middle. He showed me the structural problem that needed to be repaired, explained exactly what he was going to do, and kept me informed every step of the way. The end product is outstanding - the ceiling sag is eliminated, new drywall and crown molding are installed, and the new plaster matches perfectly with the old. The costs for this additional work were more than reasonable as was Grant's original bid for the job. I also second the comments left by a prior client with respect to Grant's patience with homeowners who ask a lot of questions and want to be kept apprised of what's going on; he is indeed a treasure in this regard! He is a consummate professional who shares your goal of obtaining a good outcome and keeps you informed. He takes the utmost care to protect your home and produce the desired result. We recommend Grant highly and will hire him again!
Removed a dog door. Repaired inside and out Looks like it was never there!
