About us

At Phoenix Remodeling & Masonry, we strive to complete your home improvement projects with efficiency, professionalism and skill. We have over ten years in the masonry trade with a vast amount of experience of home remodeling and repairs. We work with our customers to repair or replace their masonry, including chimneys and exterior walls, as well as interior fireplaces or decorative stone. We can even spice up your backyard with a custom firepit or barbecue! We mainly service the Northtowns, in areas such as Amherst, Tonawanda, Cheektowaga and Kenmore. We will, however, make a trip to your area if requested. Unfortunately, we are currently not servicing within the city limits of Buffalo. Please contact us today for your free estimate!

Rob inspected the brickwork on my 70 year old house and advised which areas needed support or repair. He and his brother arrived promptly and repaired not only the chimney but areas which showed weakness in the masonry. Everything was done neatly, expertly and within the time frame estimated initially. I was particularly impressed by the pace set for various parts of the work to insure safety, efficiency and precision. I know very little about tuck pointing but Rob and Ed explained the process very nicely. My brother dropped by and was impressed with the result! As for me, I noticed that the brickwork looked much improved.

the men who came to do the work showed up when they said they would, are very courteous and really showed they cared not only about the job they were doing but about not creating any other problems or damage to the surrounding grounds. I am very pleased.

I would highly recommend Bob and his brother to do any project in my home. Along with their skill and ability to get the job done, they were incredibly honest. They were capable and responsive to our interests and the finished product was truly amazing!!! We already have plans for additional work for them. We would 100% hire them again.

Communication with the company was excellent. His team showed up to do the job on the specified day and finished the job. They cleaned up the area so that it was spotless. The job is perfectly beautiful. I am very pleased. This company knows how to do masonry! Offered follow up advice and service. I would not hesitate to refer him to friends or family. Manners on the job were perfect - no smoking, swearing, and they played their radio low as to not bother anyone. This is probably the most considerate workmen we've ever hired. A1 job.
