I had a terrible experience. The quality of their work was okay, but this was an insurance claim with American Family due to water damage in my home. Phoenix met with the adjuster, and together, using the same software, they agreed upon an exact price to complete the work. I paid my deductible, AM paid out the claim, and then the company tried to bill me an additional almost $9,000.00 beyond the fully paid claim. Now, I did not ask for one upgrade or one additional item to be repaired. The repairs were EXACTLY what the original claim was for. This has resulted in collections (which collection companies promptly drop upon getting the full story), attorneys, and a lien on my home. I would NEVER use this company, and I hope you heed my warning if you are looking for a company. After looking through other reviews and filing a claim with the BBB, I see that I am not their first victim.
