BEWARE! Before you put your trust and money in this company and the owner Lisa Astalos, I urge you to read this review. Lisa Astalos met me at a highly rated cabinet company in Murrysville, where I picked out my cabinets and sink and countertops. Even though we were at the cabinet company, Lisa did NOT want me to pay them, but to make the check out to HER company. The check for 7626.97 was cashed by Lisa Astalos the very next day. She told me the cabinets were in around July 13, and I should clean out the old cabinets as it would only take days for the install but said she can't have her crews work in the heat, since my home is not air conditioned. My husband and I agreed we would wait for a break in the weather in August or September. Those months came and went as well as October. In early November she guaranteed the kitchen would be completed by Thanksgiving. She told me she didn't have a licensed electrician for Allegheny County and the plumber she used wasn't able to take on any more work, we would have to find our own. In Early December having lived with no cabinets and contents in bins spread through out the house for 5 months now, I called the cabinet company in Murrysville to when we could get the cabinets delivered. They told me the cabinets were NEVER purchased. When I challenged her, she said she went to another manufacturer in order to save me money, and in fact was able to save me $650.00 which is above and beyond the microwave she purchased WITH MY Money and never told me or got permission to do so. She said the cabinets would be delivered but they NEVER were. I don't know what she did with my money or why she held the supposed savings without disclosing it to me 6 months prior but held on to it. She told me she would refund my money but it took over a month and when we did get the check, it was NOT for the full amount I paid, and it was postdated for another week. When I attempted to put it in the bank it was dated 2019 and the bank would not accept it. She said she would send another and to date I am still waiting for our money to be returned. I have filed a complaint with the Attorney General's office. This has been a nightmare, and is like horror stories you hear about unscrupulous contractors on the news. Companies and Lisa Astalos should not be allowed to do this to trusting consumers.

Any questions I had were promptly answered by Lisa. When something was missed, the work was then completed and Lisa made a deduction from the amount due. Even though the work was completed, she still made the deduction. She did not have to do that. Very honorable contractor who cares about the work her company does. Her crew was great also.

Do not waste your time or money on this company. The owner lacks basic communication skills, it took 10 months to start the project and I had to reach out to her each time for an update. They do not perform background checks on their subcontractors like they claim they do. The project was done completely wrong, and we had to hire a new contractor fix it all. We were then charged more than what she quoted us for materials. Stay far away from this company. Total nightmare!

I hired Larry to repair a couple of buildings from storm damage for me and I gave them $178 upfront in July, we talked a couple of times and he keep giving me dates and never getting the work done, the last time I talked to him was October

I hired them but its been almost three weeks and haven't heard when they will do work. Very disappointed.

They did a great job on the siding, however did not keep me up to date with the scheduling. I had to call 4 times to find out when I was scheduled, and then it got pushed back because of rain, nobody informed me. When I finally did get a call they told me they were waiting on me to return their call for a month- but they had been calling the wrong number and leaving messages on someone else's machine.

We have a 90+ foot ranch house to replace the gutters we currently had. There was a glitch finding that length in the CUSTOM COLOR we wanted. Pheonix found a company out of state to fulfill our request. We were patient with the additional wait period necessary.Their work was wonderful and the guys were awesome to chat with. Their work ethics are to be commended.

The project that I hired Phoenix for was to install new siding and gutters on my entire house. Everyone that I talked to from this company (from office staff through installers) was a pleasure to work with. The sales person was helpful, fair and comfortable when figuring out the scope of the project. The first technician that came out to assess the job, helped with picking a product that was even better than my original choice because he realized what I was looking to achieve with the overall appearance. And finally the installation crew was terrific! Their craftsmanship was top-notch and they all had great attitudes. The crew leader was great to work with and made certain that everything was precisely what I wanted. In fact, in several cases, his ideas and suggestions were top notch! The end results exceeded my expectations and you would be hard-pressed to find any traces that they were there because they cleaned up everything. I will use them again in the future and I highly recommend them to anyone.

Work is scheduled. Has not been done but the company has sealed problem areas of my roof until they can get the job done

Expert installation- looks great. They also replaced my gutters, facia and soffit.

The men who did the actual work, were very professional. I had gutters & downspouts installed, All of the old product was taken away, my yard was cleaned up, and I am very satisfied with everything. My only complaint is I waited from July 17, until Oct. 5th to get this job done. I feel that was too long a wait.

I hired this company in mid-2016 to do roofing and new exterior doors. They did a great job! However when I called them in Aug. 2017 to do soffit/facia, etc. work they never returned my call. I did talk to one of the owners (I called him while he was on a job) who assured me they'd get back to me. It's now Sep. 19 and I haven't heard a thing - nothing! Is this a way to run a business? If they don't want or need the work at least tell me. Sorry, but I feel ignored in this matter.

Came when they said ... did what they said ... can't ask for any more. Installed new roof and fascia

I had a roof replacment. The workers were prompt, informative, and friendly. They answered all questions. They are the real deal. Hardworking and great at what they do.
