Response from Phoenix Residential & Commercial Services
"If your referring to your shower. Respectfully I seriously beg to differ. I took before and after pictures of the project and it's gotten tons of positive feedback and duplicate projects off of your shower. Now if your dislikes are because of the grout line around the edge of the shower, for future projects it would be wise to order bullnose tile so you won't need a grout line. "SOMETIMES" one needs to spend money on the little things to get the exact end product one is looking for. The paint job was great "but then again people's opinions can be different " as for the paint on the cabinets we did advise you and tell you it was the wrong paint for wood, and showed you what the cabinets would look like with that paint, but you personally gave us the ok to proceed. May I mention I have never had a complaint on the paint jobs we have done nor tile work for that matter. In fact upon completion of multiple jobs we often get asked to paint or tile something else for that same customer. however I will take the fault on the caulking under the Mirror. I do believe it could have been better, and i offered to fix it. for that I Sincerely apologize. Last but not least the end product of that bathroom was great! Once again "that's ones opinion" especially for the price!!. With all due respect I can't seem to figure out why you gave us a 1.0 on the "value for money". We even went as far as doing EXTRA things for that shower that were not in the contract and WITHOUT THE EXTRA CHARGE!. examples: built 3 boxes for the shower, and added a cement bench for you. To top it off we even cut and soldered the plumbing for the new shower heads and handles you wanted. Originally we were supposed to take off the old ones and put back on. We just figured we could do you the favor because if you have a brand new bathroom, why not get new fixtures? NOT Everyone if ANY would have done you the favor or put in the labor of cutting the cement blocks and wood or even solder just to make your bathroom that much nicer and convenient without charging a single penny.( believe it or not it takes up TIME and MONEY having to cut the cement blocks and all the extra cuts now needed to tile the boxes and bench versus laying straight tile with no extras just to be doing it for free). Anyways lets do a recap of the demo we did--remove fixtures in shower and the two sinks, removed shower drain, demoed the whole shower & shower glass down to the studs, remove drain pan, "if I remember correctly" we removed back splash tile on sink, remove toilet, remove carpet on bathroom floor, and removed the mirror so you could get it cut. Quick recap of the work we did- install new drain, built drain pan, installed & SOLDERED new fixtures for two shower heads and handles, installed hardie backer, tape & float, built shower bench with cement blocks including labor for cutting them, added 3 built in shower boxes (for shampoo ex.) tiled the shower walls-shower boxes and bench, tiled drain pan, tiled the whole"

Drywall - Install
$300
These people were very nice, did an OK job of hanging drywall, but did a terrible job of taping/texturing the drywall. They did say they would fix it, but I couldn't bring myself to trust that they knew what they were doing. We had to skim-coat over the entire job and will hire someone else to texture. We are now 4 weeks behind on our remodel due to this mess.
