The owner, Kris Webster, is very knowledgable and personable. My only concern is that it often takes at least a day to reach him by phone or email. I don't believe there is a way to reach him by text, so a small question ends up having a fairly big delay in getting answered. Otherwise, I think he is a great guy to have in charge of regular pool maintenance. His workers also seem knowledgable, friendly, and trustworthy.
