These guys are great! They care about what they are doing, and are perfectionists when it comes to results. They went out of their way to ensure the project was completed well and on a timely basis, including getting extra parts, coming back and never watching the clock. Their price was so reasonable I decided they deserved more than they asked. Phoenix Technology went the extra mile to ensure my satisfaction, and I am happy to bring them back and to give them references for great work and great service at a reasonable price.

I had a problem with my device and had to take it back and get a new one. They helped me all through the process and came back after I got the new one and reinstalled it and didn't take any extra money for the 2 trips made. Very Professional and very Thorough.
