Excellent service, quick to respond, and flexible when I asked for a last minute new lock. Price was reasonable and will be using them as my go to in the future.

Nim responded quickly, came out on time, and exceeded my expectations. I have separate issues with the way HomeAdvisor managed their portions of this transaction; but Pi Secirity Solutions - and Nim specifically - was exemplary.

It was very confusing, I was given the wrong info at first, the wrong day! However, the price was excellent, and the safe company was excellent!

They were professional, the price was right on. Valentin had to come back after Thanksgiving to give us the proper color for the rest of our locks, we thought seeing it was the backdoor it would work if he didn't come back, but he came back as he said & we're so pleased! They were prompt, courteous & we definitely would hire them again!

I will try to be as fair as possible. I got a quick response to my initial inquiry and request for service. However, the repair person said that he had car trouble and was an hour and a half late for the appointment. I had to call the repair person to learn about the cause of the delay. Car trouble happens but not calling the customer with and update is inexcusable. The lock was damaged and had to be replaced and re-keyed to match the other existing locks. There was not a good selection of new locks to choose from so I wasn't able to find a good match. The work itself was done carefully and care was taken to make sure that lock worked smoothly. So I would rate the work quality excellent but the customer service, product selection and the value as average.

They did a great job. He was able to fix the lock from 1978 instead of changing out to a new model.

The young man who did the work for us at our house was very professional and advised us as to the best solution to our situation. The only comment on the Pi Security Solutions as a company is that they should tell you that there is a labor cost in addition to the service call fee and parts cost. We wouldn't expect the installer to work for nothing but weren't sure about the total expenditure to expect as when we called regarding the service we were told there was a service call and parts cost and no mention of the labor cost. However, overall it was a very professional experience with the work done and we would recommend Pi Security Solutions to others.

He called me cause he taught he would be 10 minutes late. He had a tool stocked vehicle. He listened to what I wanted. Performed the job on the spot. Had technology that allowed me to pay on the spot. To top it all off, he gave me a ride to a location out of his way. What else could a guy ask for?
