Eduardo did nothing but talk, He has another "helper", a young guy, who did everything. He dropped him off in the mornings and picked him up whenever the guy got on the walkie talkie to tell him he's done. He wrote a contract, at our insistence, that said the quote was for labor only, with 50% deposit at the onset, then the other 50% after the work was completed. We also agreed to pay by check. Every day, he was asking for cash, saying can you please give me something? I'm behind on my bills and I have to pay my worker. It was super annoying and unprofessional. I ended up giving him another check just to get him to stop asking. He didn't finish the job. Insisting we give him the final payment before he did saying we won't pay him. We had already given him most of the money. We had to hire someone else to finish the job. I'd need another page to fully explain this experience. It was ridiculous, and the work was just subpar. You can hire this guy if you want but you were warned.

Eduardo helped me with removing mold and installing a new exhaust fan! He did such a great job!! He called me Wednesday and set up an appointment Friday and Saturday to get the whole project done as soon as possible! He helped answer questions I had and did some ac work as well! He is amazing!!

Mr. Eduardo came to my house and installed my cabinet handles. He did a magnificent job. I loved it. He was very professional and finished in a timely manner.i would definitely recommend with five stars.

Eduardo built two bracket and board shelving units in my garage. As I had only a vague idea of what I wanted, he did several measurements till I was satisfied with placement. Knowing the price of wood is high, I wasn’t sure what material to use. When he went to buy the material, he called me from the store, giving me the price quotes on two types of shelving. I went with the more budget -friendly one as he suggested. Eduardo had the shelving painted, labor free. He also removed three wall fans in the garage and utility room and replaced two of them. He did an excellent job of filling in the holes everywhere. I could not see where the holes had been. He is friendly, pleasant to work with, and I will be using him again in the future.

We just needed some caulking done in our bathroom. They came out and handled it efficiently and effectively. Super nice people and they did great work!

We had a few difficulties with language, but got past them. Eduardo is very conscientious and knowledgable, and his Mom is an artist with a paintbrush. The job was done well, and cleaned up very well. I didn't see a 4 1/2 star choice, but that's what I'd give him.

Unprofessional from Start to Finish. Daughters bathroom. The lack of not listening to my requests. Up front I told them I did not want the soap porcelain holder to stay. They would put something over it. They put the porcelain back on. The tiles that were put on were slanted. No itemized contract in the beginning that would have solved the issue of the drain in master. Unforeseen issues in master shower made us go from 3900 to 12,000. So unprofessional by interrupting me while I’m watching tv to talk about personal life which I didn’t like what he was saying about hitting a woman in the past. That was so uncomfortable and uncalled for and would then talk about parts of a shower and functions which as I client I do not want to hear just do your job. He could have been done in 2-3 weeks instead of 5. 3 different arguments. I hired Henry but Henry left halfway through due to an argument with Eduardo. Then Eduardo would tell me what a terrible man Henry is. So one of our big issues was our drain and like I said. If this had been in a contract in the beginning not only would I not have a 7 inch step but it would been a nicer one. So Jason knew I was frustrated with the drain and step and Eduardo found out I talked with Jason so Eduardo and Jason were standing in the shower. I was by the door and Eduardo argued with Jason about talking to clients. He was throwing Jason under the bus. My blood pressure was boiling. My anxieties were up. I had to slip out during the argument and go in my daughter’s room to calm down. Jason slammed the door and left but came back later. Last Thursday Eduardo interrupted me again and begged me to ask my husband to give him money to pay Jason and Jamo. On Friday, I was not home. My husband who works from home, took time off to go get the money for Eduardo to give to his crew Jason and Jamo. On Saturday morning Jason and Jamo came first. This would be their last day of working on our shower. We ask them if they had gotten paid they said no which made my husband really upset with with Eduardo for making him get the money and take time off from work, so Eduardo kept that money and didn’t give it to his crew. So my husband, Mike and I went to the movies and our daughter stayed home and texted us at the movies saying that Eduardo was arguing downstairs by his truck with Jason and Jamo because Jason and Jamo wanted to know where their money was and why they hadn’t got paid. My daughter took some video clips that she will be sending me. She said you could hear them all the way up to the second floor where we are. She was not happy with that whole situation. When we got back from the movies, Eduardo came back from lunch and we both had a few words for him mostly me because I’ve had to deal with him every day. I told him how unprofessional he has been to me and my daughter and my family. This should have been an exciting time for me because this has been a dream of mine to have a nice shower. I also asked him if he thought our shower was worth $12,000. After all was said and done he told us that we could not take a shower for 48 hours and he told my husband he needed to be paid in full which my husband did. After 48 hours, I took a shower and the water doesn’t drain properly. We have standing water in our shower and also the shower lever is not correct and my beautiful floor has some white stuff on it that won’t come off. They also left a big mess. My windowsill has stuff on it that should’ve been taken off. My blinds are full of dust as well as the shelf on the blinds. The baseboards have dust all over them. There’s like paint chips on the wall. The entire process has been stressful and a nightmare. My husband tried to call Eduardo to come fix the problems and he texted that he will never come back to our house and honestly, I don’t want him back in my house. We are at a standstill with our shower. Here is a note about the contract. The contract was not given to us which it was also given to us on a scratch piece of paper that he just wrote on, and we signed it however, the contract was not given to us until he had already demolished the bathtub and the wall, so what were we going to do? Like I said before that contract should’ve been done at the very beginning with itemized material. This has nothing to do with Henry, Jason or Jamo. All three of them were very nice and got the job done even though we feel like it was so rushed that there were so many issues.

Couldn’t have had a better experience. Everting was done well and timely. We don’t live in the house. A family member does and Kallpa ( Eduardo & Henry) made everything so easy. Highly reccomend.

I needed someone to install a pet door through a concrete wall. Finding someone willing to do that task was a little difficult. Kallpa Control reached out to me through Angi's list, sent Henry out to take a look at the job and he came back when scheduled, on time and did a great job. I could not be any happier. He constantly was cleaning up the work site which was refreshing to see someone actually do that while working. He was polite, respectful and made sure we were pleased with the job before he left.

I hired them to build and replace a section of outside fencing (about 30') including building a new gate and painting it. I also had them relocate some decorative outside grill work (moving it higher on the wall near a fountain). They were efficient, polite, and the work was excellent. They completed the job on schedule and worked completely independently without me having to constantly check on progress. I recommend them wholeheartedly and will use their services in the future.

Eduardo came out and did a great job recaulking a window and doing sealing on a block wall. To stop rain intrusion. Now weâ re not worried about the next hard rain. He did a quality job.

Work is still in process. Job is not yet complete. Return visit necessary due to missing equipment, but it is just as well because I now have additional projects that need taking care of. Helpful, knowledgeable, great attitude

I have used Eduardo for several of my home projects. Some big and some smaller. They are responsive, do quality work and have much experience. I would recommend them with no reservations.

They had multiple projects to do for my various properties and the only one that remains and is worthwhile was painting of one of the homes

Came over yesterday and gave me an estimate. Came back today to do the job and what a good job he did.
