Good customer service

Pick & Go reached out to me to complete a waste hauling job. Initially the interaction went well, but the company said some issue came up and had to cancel the first appointment. Rescheduled for another day and the company said something else came up and had to cancel again. Company said they had to reschedule again (3rd time), but now 4 days have gone by and company won't return messages and is completely unresponsive.

From start to finish I received the best customer service and great communications. I highly recommend and will to friends and family. The workers are so polite and helpful.

Great job professional

Richard was quick in getting all the pieces moved out and they were willing to work with me on the pmt situation, which was a major blessing. My only concern is that the furniture was being donated and I noticed he literally threw one of the night stands in a bin and that the triple dresser got scraped cause the white paint was showing on the truck. Could be I was just over-emotional about it all. Overallâ GOOD JOB and MUCH THANKS!!!

The driver was very friendly and polite. He arrived on time and offered to take the bed frame for a small additional charge which was great because I got everything out of my sisterâ s room so they could set up her hospital bed in her room. Great people to work who accommodated my schedule. I would definitely hire them again!
