Administratively, they were great about following up with me in the planning process. They were friendly and really went out of their way to work with me. I had the "move in/move out" package. I was impressed by the fact that their prices were decent, and that you pay by the job and not by the hour. When I arrived to the apt on move in day, it was clean, cool, and smelt good. The fridge, stove, baseboards, floors, bathrooms, etc all looked really good. The only reason I took off one star was because my husband found some dirt in a vent or two. But otherwise, they did an awesome job, and I highly recommend them.

"We turned the A/C on for the customers about midway through the job (they were moving in the following day). That must have been the culprit! When I left the apartment, it was spotless. The customer did not mention this to me on our follow up call. We have a 100% satisfaction guarantee and I would have gone back - no questions asked - to take care of the vents. Communication is everything."
