Before I retired, I was a Senior Engineer at the Nevada National Security Sire, previously named The Nevada Test Site. One of my jobs was Lead Quality Control Engineer. Cesar Valderama provided expert Quality Control Inspections on every major step in the installation of this unit. Cesar and his crew worked steadily to get the job done with the quality of work second to none. The knowledge and dedication of Cesar and his crew is excellent. I have no reservations about strongly recommending Picold Heating & Air to anyone who wants a quality job at a reasonable price.

My A/C went out about 5 o'clock on 100+ day. I clicked on HomeAdvisor for immediate help at 5:15. Cesar responded two minutes later and said he arrive before 7. He arrived at 6:15. When was the last time you were given a time window and the service people showed up within it, let alone early? Never! He and his son found the problem in short order, showed me what needed to be fixed and gave me a very reasonable quote. I'd expected to pay a hefty after-hours penalty, but no such thing. He had all of the parts with him and I was soon back to watching Monday Night Football at 72 degrees. Quality of service is a big deal to me and it doesn't get any better than this. Cesar and Picold are now permanent HVAC . . . and electrical, plumbing and appliance repair service.

Amazing, quick, dependable, professional and affordable service. Cesar is knowledgeable and quickly got my ac condenser back up and working within 10 minutes of arriving to my home. I thoroughly appreciate that Cesar and his son came on a Sunday, in 113 degree heat in the early evening on an emergency call. Great customer service and look forward to working with them again very, very soon for some additional work needing to be done.

I really appreciated the fast response to my request for service during the hottest period of the year. They were prompt, professional did an excellent job installing a new A/C unit outside and TXV valve inside.

Cesar was fantastic! Great customer service and had my AC up and running in 15 minutes. All on a holiday weekend at 9pm!

The original fix a small fix of the duct for one register. It didn't have as much impact as I had hoped but I thought that may happen. While doing this work they identified other problems including ducts on ground and and leaks in the plenum. They also found a water leak and videoed it so I could hire a plumber to repair. The other 3 HVAC firms did not note this so Picold went certainly went beyond just doing a job. They looked out for me and did a good job of helping me.
