One of the first contractors that we had a great experience with. They were on time which is a plus, really nice, and did a wonderful job. Thanks Joshua and Jeff!! Update: Not the same quality customer service from Josh in 2020 compared to 2016. He acted like a totally different person now that he is established. It was unfortunate. We will not use him again

I had somewhat of an emergency rug cleaning job. My husband cut his toe and bled on the carpet. When I told Joshua my problem he fit me in to his schedule the next day arriving at my house at 8 am. He went out of his way to make sure I was happy. I will hire him again. Great service.
