The ladies did a good job cleaning. However, a few items disappeared from my daughter's house, and when confronted they admitted to having taking them as a misunderstanding, and returned them. I won't; have people I don't trust at my home. Owner says I need to have one more cleaning as per contract, but I no longer trust them.

Were supposed to arrive no later than 9:00, got here around 10:15, did not bother to call and explain why. Stripped bed but did not want to wash sheets until I told them I had asked for this service. Worked for a little over an hour and charged me $65.00. I would not use this company again.

The two young ladies sent by Picture Perfect came on time and armed with everything they needed to clean my house. They worked quickly and efficiently and within two hours, my house was in great shape. I have already recommended them to other family members. One of the things I liked best was that they contacted me the day before exactly as they said they would and didn't change the plans we had already made on when to come. They were also willing to clean my floors the way I wanted rather than using some of the products they had brought. Great job!!!
