This contractor was terrific. Finished on schedule within his quote. His employees were competent and worked hard. Didn't miss a single thing about the job we had agreed on. Best of all his cleanup crew missed nothing and the houses new paint job is looks great.

David came over told me specially what his crew where going to do to our patio trellis and cement floor. Sent an estimate that we agreed on and set a date to start work. The crew came over started on project and stayed on it till the job was completed. Fantastic job, would highly recommend!

I contacted several painting contractors, and after meeting with all of them, I was most impressed with David's professional manner and knowledge of what was needed to improve the appearance of my home. David communicated with me on a regular basis and promptly returned any calls I made to him. He was open to suggestions and offered his expert advice. His crew was always on were friendly, always on time, answered all of my questions, and did an excellent job of cleaning up each day. They also did some interior plaster repair/painting. I am so very, very pleased with my "new" home, inside and out. If I can ever decide on colors, I will call only David to paint the inside of my home. It was truly a pleasure to work with him!

DAVID ZARATE, DOES NOT HAVE THE TECHNOLOGY FOR MATCHING PAINT. DAVID SET OUR START TIME FOR 9am. HE SHOWED UP A BIT AFTER 7am. I WAS JUST GETING UP SO MY HUSBAND WENT OUT TO GREET HIM. DAVID WANTED MY HUSBAND TO SELET A COLOR. MY HUSBAND COMES IN TO TELL ME BUT I AM NOT DRESSED AND I TELL HIM TO TELL DAVID WE WANT THE HOUSE THE SAME COLOR, HE IS A PROFESSIONAL PAINTER ALL HE HAS TO DO IS MATCH THE HOUSE. DAVID SHOWS MY HUSBAND FROM COLOR STRIPS THE THREE CLOSEST ONES AND HAS MY HUSBAND PICK. THAT AFTERNOON OUR DAUGHTER COMES OVER AND ASKS IF WE ARE PAINTING OUR HOUSE WHITE. I GO OUT AND TELL HER THEY MUST BE PRIMING IT FIRST. THEN I TALK TO DAVID'S MEN ( THE PAINTERS ). HE SAYS NOPE THIS IS THE PAINT AND THAT HE HAS CALLED DAVID AND TOLD HIM HOW LIGHT IT IS. DAVID SAYS THE HUSBAND PICKED IT. I CALLED DAVID, SAID I THOUGHT HE WAS PROFESSIONAL AND WOULD MATCH THE COLOR OF MY HOUSE. THAT THIS IS THE THIRD TIME WE HAD IT PAINTED AND THE OTHERS JUST MATCHED IT. HE SAYS YOUR HUSBAND PICKED IT. I TELL HIM I WANT IT REPAINTED AND OFFER TO SPLIT THE COST...NOPE YOUR HUSBAND PICKED THAT COLOR. THE WORKERS DID A VERY GOOD JOB, PAINTING AND CLEANING UP BOTH TIMES. BUT WE PAID FOR THE COLOR WE WANTED IN THE FIRST PLACE. DAVID DOES NOT HAVE THE EQUIPMENT TO MATCH COLORS. AND FOR THAT REASON, I WOULD NOT RECOMMEND HIM.
