Piece By Piece Movers, LLC

Hard working crew who did everything they had to do to get my furniture where I wanted. Personable too!

My landlord kicked my roommates and myself out of our apartment in Boston less than 7 weeks away from the busiest moving day of the year, the August 31/Sept 1 moving cycle. After searching first to find an apartment which we located within a week, we sought out the search for movers. Most companies during those dates were either completely booked, laughed us off the phone, or quoted us over thousands of dollars over normal prices to move a three bedroom apartment as they knew we were in a bind. We had multiple movers come out to quote us, only to then tell us that the quote would actually be much higher when they realized how much they could squeeze us for. We came across Piece by Piece Movers through a coworkers referral to my roommate. They gave her a quote over the phone and let us know that our items would be stored securely on their truck at their warehouse from Aug 31 to Sept 1 for when we could move into our new apartment. The quote we were given was fair and reasonable for what we needed moved. We held up our end of the moving process by ensuring all our items were packed, sealed, and ready to move on Aug 31. Prior to moving day there were more than 2 confirmation calls made to us and then the day of moving the moving crew called us when they were about 45 minutes way. When the crew arrived the crew chief, Chris was extremely friendly, relaxed our worries very much and made us feel as though the process wasn't going to be as stressful as we thought. The crew was EXTREMELY Professional, friendly, careful with our belongings, and went above and beyond to make sure we were worry free and satisfied. When the crew left my roommate and I stood in disbelief as it only took us 3 of the 5 scheduled hours to move (money savings!!!) and it was so stress free! We could not believe how amazing things had gone so far! On the day of the move in Chris arrived with a different crew and got right to work. All of our belonging were safe, absolutely nothing was broken, everything was put where we asked it to be put and the crew again was careful, professional, and most of all, they were friendly and fun. We got a lot of laughs and memories from the move overall and we cannot thank Piece by Piece enough for being so kind and making what was a very stressful situation worry free for all of us. I cannot recommend Piece by Piece Movers enough, they truly do care and I look forward to using them again in the future !

They did a great job and we will use them again incase we need service.

These guys were great--they did everything efficiently, did not damage anything, were very considerate, and pleasant to work with. The price was very competitive and below the other companies I interviewed. I would definitely recommend them!

Piece By Piece did such an outstanding job moving my sister-in-law in March that this company was the only one that my husband contacted when moving his company, Wingate Electric, from Belmont to Cambridge in April. Excellence times two!
