Nice folks but didn't fix the leak coming down the chimney every time it rains. I still have the same.problem that prompted the call in the first place. I will give them an "A" for effort, but will need a metal fabricator to address my problem.
Fast call and schedule

My location is a long drive for the service provider, but he was able to bundle me with another job in my area on March 5 and we agreed to $275.00. On day of job I received a call from the service provider stating he had a family emergency and could we reschedule for today, March 12. I told him of course and locked it in. As the service window opened at 11:00am ET, I received a text from the service provider stating he was going to have to raise my rate to $400.00 to cover the extra travel.! I replied I had not canceled the original appointment, he did and now he was upping the price. His response was it was a family emergency and now he should not have to lose money on the job. I released him from our agreement. I am an older fellow, but when I was working I honored my agreements. That being the case I will never again look to your operation for service provider recommendations.
Peter, we do apologize that you did not have a good experience with our company. Due to the traveling distance being 1hr+ and inflation in our economy we have cut our travel radius down which was why we notified you we were not able to travel and do the job. We attempt to make every customer happy, but we must also remain profitable and make adjustments accordingly.
He was actually early. Was very efficient. He cleaned up after himself.
