Robert sent over two service technicians to service an older central ac unit in my house that was basically on its last leg. They advised that the unit be replaced with a new model and completed the ac replacement by mid afternoon. They were quick to respond and very professional during the call. Great work, fast and the unit has saved me on the electric bill since the installation a month ago.

They did a good job but once I paid for the parts to fix the system based on a promise to come back and finish the next day, it took another day and some calls from me to get the job done. I know they are busy but the committment to finish the next day was the basis by which I paid for the entire job on the first day,. If I was living in the house fulltime I would have had to do without AC for an additional day and that would not have been good.

There was a little confusion initially about when they would be coming to my house, but after we figured that out everything seemed fine. He fixed my air conditioning system right away and explained what he was doing along the way. He was very pleasant to work and definitely seemed friendly and helpful. I don't really know how much the same fix would have cost with any other company, so I can't comment on price, but they got the job done.

I will say that they were very prompt at the beginning they had someone at my house in just a couple of hours to tell us what was wrong but after that it all went down hill. They would never do as they say they would do. If he said he would call you back he would not you would have to call them back. If they said they would be here at a cretain time they were late and not just a little but over fours late without a phone call to tell us we had to call them to see what was going on. And when we worked out a payment with them they did what they wanted to any way so we will never use them again we will hire someone else to do our anual things
