Roof was replaced one day. The workers did a super job and cleaned up the waste quickly and superbly. I was very pleased with the work. I wholeheartedly endorse this roofing service.

His behavior was unacceptable. He discriminates against people that do not have expensive homes or has an insurance claim. He was rude and said he did not have time for my job. Unacceptable!! This was going to be a cash job, and he did not have time for someone who was paying out of pocket.

Ron came out within 2 hours of my inquiry. He quickly patched the area that was obviously leaking and scheduled my roof replacement within the week. The work was done efficiently and they let me know exactly what they were doing during the entire process. They put out tarps to protect my landscaping and their clean up was tremendous - haven't found a single nail yet.

I was expecting an estimate. He climbed on my roof with a caulking gun and a hammer. He hammered 4 nails, caulked around an exaust pipe and charged me $250.00. (I don't climb on a roof for less than $200.). It didn't work. My 4" ceiling bubble expanded to a 24" bubble before he returned. I had called and spoken with a roofing company who recommended using PERMABOOTs around the exaust pipes on roofs. I told Ron this and he POO POO this and caulked some more. It kept on leaking (half of my bathroom ceiling plaster is down now). I finally hired another man to apply 3 PERMA BOOTs to all of the exaust pipes to stop and prevent leaks. I will know if this works when it starts raining again. I would appreciate the return of $200.00 as that is what I was charged by the young man who applied the PERMA BOOTs.

Prompt, courteous response to my request for roof repair. After surveying the problem, we agreed to his quote to fix it and he immediately got the job done. I had a previous contractor look at it the week before, promise to send one of his associates the next day, but still haven't heard from him again. Guess the job was too small for him.,

Mr. Pierce is upfront and frank which is what you want when dealing with contractors. I resorted to Home Advisor when my previous roof contractor did not fix the roof leak in my rental property in Fayetteville, NC. I hired Mr. Pierce blindly and just trusted Home Advisor to screen its contractors and Mr. P himself to get the job done. He stopped the leak. Hopefully it stays that way. Good job Mr. Pierce.
