We have used this company to practically renovate our whole house, small job after small job. It has been such a pleasure having them in our home, such that they feel like family members. Ted’s work ethic is to do the absolute best job he can, and they never cut corners to save themselves time or money. The price quoted has been the price I have paid, although Ted has been completely open to adding in my ideas as each job progresses (and adjusting the original price accordingly). We have struck a good balance with PT&F of sharing an initial vision for a project, supplemented by their suggestions and professional opinions. It’s been a fantastic partnership over the past several years. I would highly recommend their services, and they will continue to be the only company we will use going forward for home renovation projects.
