DO NOT HIRE THIS CONTRACTOR. THE GUY IS A COMPULSIVE LIAR, HE IS UNETHICAL, AND THE QUALITY OF HIS WORK IS SHODDY AT BEST. Other contractors have told me its the worst work they have ever seen. He constantly lied about when work was going to get done, but kept asking for payments. He had the gall to ask me to pay him the balance before he was even finished. I AM CONVINCED THE GUY HAS SOME KIND OF ADDICTION, MOST LIKELY GAMBLING. Because of his constant lies, and all the issues he was creating, I couldn't even spot half the problems that he was creating. The bathroom tiles are all uneven and jutted. When I questioned him about it he said that the grouting would even it out. Another lie. He missed refirgerator cabinet panels and justified it saying that it hadn't shown up. Lies. So many parts for fixtures would go missing. He would lie and say they hadn't been sent. I believed him until it had happened so many times already and I found a part in the trash. He and his workers had expensive fixtures thrown about the site, with no regard for how much they cost. I have so many other stories. It was a nightmare. If you want to literally hire the worst, most egregious contractor, then this is your guy.

I came to piedra Piedra construction with a major task..i was buying my first house, which was my wifes dream house. The house was amazing, but was in need of major updates and renovations. Im talking wallpaper and plaster type renovarions. I was not optimistic at first, but as the project went on i became a believer. The folks at piedra construction worked with me through every purchase and styling decision. They even mixed up a custom color for our hardwood floors! The customer service and pricing were excellent. We were so happy that we have actually used them for 3 other jobs (to include major repairs) over the last few years. When you can find good honest work at a great pricepoint, you stick with it while you can.

They are super professional and easy to work with. Always on time and actually finished ahead of schedule. Very knowledgeable on various different stones. Amazing finishing work. I was very pleased with all the work.

Great contractor that goes the extra mile. Extremely reliable and trustworthy.
