Moved from Mn to Fl. I really liked the communication of the single point local contact from beginning to end and beyond. I would receive calls just to insure I was in the loop. Any potential issue was caught by Piepho and communicated to me with a plan to resolve. I would highly recommend.

Piepho Moving and Storage helped us with a local move from one home to another in mid-July. From the beginning, salesman Paul Rubinsak came to our home to get a first hand look at our home and furnishings, to provide us with a fairly tight estimate. After the move, the final bill was appx 2% lower than the estimate. Our move took 2 full days and the separate trucks. Pete was our driver and Lomis supervised the packing. The rest of the crew included DiAngelo, Yanni, Harold, and Aaron. The entire team was spectacular. Everyone was extremely courteous, careful, and respectful throughout the entire move. Our new home was being remodeled at the time of the move, so most of our furnishings were delivered and stored in our garage. As soon as the remodel is complete, we will be contacting Piepho Moving and Storage to request the same crew to complete our move by moving the rest of our furniture and boxes into the house. Throughout the move, our moving coordinator, Collin, checked in with us prior, during, and after the move to make sure all the work was performed to our satisfaction. We have used Piepho several times in the past, and will use them again the next time we move. Great company, great people.

Ensure you get all the costs for what "packing" means. I had asked their sales rep repeatedly to include packing my whole house...in a small clause in their contract I later found it only meant my mattresses...it cost me almost double the price quoted to me while I was stuck because the driver/movers were at my door and they were told to expect my whole house to be already packed. Miscommunication with the sales rep was the problem, the folks who did the move were great and professional. .....go-getters, but as far as the rep is concerned and the quote given me was extremely disappointing and hurt my budget severely....I was shocked and felt left high and dry...I was stuck between a rock and a hard place and was at their mercy, which wasn't all that merciful...My cost went from a little over $5K quoted cost, to be over $9K. They finally charged me for one person in a house to move...and I had no choice because everything was timed. I had asked specifically for help packing before I agreed to their contract. Lesson learned, if the contract/cost looks too good to be true...it's not true, look for the fine print! I'm still recovering from loosing so much unexpected funds during my move and without a job to help me recover this unexpected loss of my savings. I am a planner and this unexpected cost was NOT in my plans! Very much of a hardship for me to have signed a contact that was misleading what I had requested verbally from their rep.

The experience with Peipho Moving from the beginning to the end was exceptional. The people were friendly, thorough, courteous, and prompt. Moving is a stressful time and everyone from the initial contact to the actual movers, put us at ease. I would use them again and I highly recommend Piepho Moving and Storage!

This was by far the best moving experience we've ever had and they made the process of moving from Minnesota to California a breeze. The entire experience with Piepho Moving and Storage was nothing but great and we highly recommend. They were friendly, timely, experienced, organized, affordable and professional. 5 Stars!
