Pier-tec placed a drain along the backside of my home. In the first part of August. I have not had any water standing in my back yard since then. They seemed very professional. Even surprised me to see Clint out hand checking the drop on the ditch. I feel that they provided a quality service. So when they had requested a review I was glad to give it.

clint and his staff came out and spent the whole day adding piers and leveling my underside of the house. my doors now close and open easy. Clint gave me a diagram showing the oringal piers under the house plus the new ones they installed. The price was fair but the work was great!!!

I called homeadvisor with a concern about my foundation. My front door was sticking all the sudden. Clint called me within minutes of me sending in my request. He talked with me for a min on the phone and said he would be in my area in about an hour. He came by and seen where my door frame itself had slipped he was able to fix in about 30 min. Did not charge me for the work. He said he was wasting time anyway waiting. All he asked was for a honest review on home advisor. 5 stars *****

too expensive "bandaid" job. For what it cost, they just patched it up--really didn't fix the problem.

We had a heavy rain following installation and the drain did not work. I took a picture of the water flooded by my back door. I had to leave for a wedding a few days and contacted Pier Tec and told them it did not work at all and I would contact them when I returned. I supposedly have a year guarantee on the work but they never answer the phone when I leave a message. Obviously I was swindled. They damaged my sprinkler system to the amount of $261.44. I would like that plus the $3,287.47 returned to me. They can take the drain pipe out and I will contract with a reputable company to install the drain. They also removed the down drains by by back door (which was the whole reason I had a French drain installed years ago. I am thoroughly disgusted with Home Advisor and Pier Tec. G. UPDATE 7/9/18: NOT a happy camper. I was so excited to get a much needed french drain. I would stand out in the street just to watch the water exit into the street. However, I am less than pleased now. The pipe was barely buried. Even the littlest bit of rain washes the soil away and exposes the pipe. I could have dirt brought in to pile on top of it but I don't feel like I should have to. I think it should be a given that it would be buried. There is a big hole which is where I believe two pipes are supposed to meet. Chris at Pier-tech did come out after I left him know it was leaking around a downspout a few months ago. But he had not responded to my texts or phone call regarding this new issue. It's a hole that even when I fill it with dirt, it keeps sinking in again. Something is not right! Original review: Clint Majors and Jose (didn't catch his last name) were great! We desperately needed a French drain. Clint found ways to help me save money and most especially understood my need to protect the drain from my two big Huskies who like to dig. I cut wire to lay over the top of it and they took the rock they would not be able to use under the drain (couldn't go deep enough because of utilities) and put it over the top of the wire. They even staked down the wire for me. It rained a lot today and I was out in the street taking pictures and video of the water running OUT of my yard and into the street to the city drains!!!! Believe me, I am doing a happy dance!! Clint assured me if I have any issues to let him know and he will come check things out. Oh, I should mention they had to HAND DIG the trench because the utilities were buried too close to where they needed to place the drain! Thank you, Clint and Jose!
