I called on a Saturday afternoon just to get info on what my problem could possibly be and Mitch said he would be glad to come to my home and just trouble shoot the problem. He arrived quickly, determined what the problem and was able to repair that same afternoon. Mitch was very professional and knowledgeable of his work. I will call Mitch in the future if I have any more garage door needs.

I needed immediate repair after traditional work hours. Mitch was the only one who answered. He came by as promised and did a quick estimate and returned the very next day as promised. I know I called at least five other companies, all of whom returned my call the next day or days later. I will definitely call on Pierce Bryant again if I need garage door repair. I usually call another company (Griffin) for repairs, but the last time they were out the service guy was incredibly rude and disrespectful and changed the quoted price. From now on I will call Mitch and his company for any repairs and will share with family and friends as well.

These guys were prompt, looked presentable, communicated well, reasonably priced compared to other local companies, and knew what they were doing. Mitch Ham and Nick Ham are brothers who answer the phone, do the estimates, take the measurements, and do the install. I had 4 garage doors installed and they look and function perfectly. You won't be disappointed if you go with them.

Mitch Ham called me almost immediately. I described my problem of drive shaft for chain drive gear broken. I gave Mitch the manufacturer information and size of the door. Mitch said he could pickup the current replacement unit and installed the afternoon at a price that I thought was excellent. Two hours later Mitch called and said he had unit in hand and could be on site in an hour. Mitch had the job complete at the quote price.
