I was very happy with the work Mark did until it came to the final clean up. He told me he would come back and vacuum the pool and pressure washer the cool deck. He didn't'. The contractor he hired to plaster the pool left 2 big containers with trash and pool plaster he said he be back to get them. He didn't. I called him my husband called him and he tell us he be there in a day or two. Well now it is 3 weeks later since he finished the pool and the containers are still setting in my neighbors yard.

Took my pool from sad to glam. The job took longer than expected due to the weather but Mark kept me up to date on the timeline. The whole crew was very professional and friendly. By the time they were finished I felt like had made new friends. When the project was finished they cleaned up the site and even helped me with some things I wasn't able to do myself. We are very pleased with the finished product and would use him again if needed.
