He also upgraded our house from 100 to 200 amp. His estimate for time to perform was right on and he arrived when he said he would. Very pleasant to deal with. Will have him back for other projects.

Repaired light fitting that had dropped out of the ceiling and was hanging by the wiring only. He arrived on time and completed the job in one visit. Friendly and professional. He really cares about the job being done properly.

THEY WERE VERY NICE AND GOT THE PROJECT DONE RIGHT AWAY. MY WIRING WAS IN DANGER OF BLOWING ALL OF MY ELECTRIC OR EVEN STARTING A FIRE. IT WAS NOT UP TO CODE. MR. PIERSON CAME AND HAD TO GET IT DONE RIGHT AWAY. SO HE WAS ABLE TO GET A EMERGANCY GO A HEAD TO GET IT DONE REAL FAST BEFORE SOMETHING TERIBLE HAPPENED TO MY HOUSE OR MY SON AND I. IF I NEED ANY ELECTRACIAL DONE I WOULD CALL HIM BEFORE ANY ONE ELSE AND I WOULD GIVE HIS NAME TO ANYONE THAT NEEDS ANY THING DONE FOR THERE HOUSE. IN MY BOOK A 5 IS TOO LOW OF A RATEING HE DESERVES MUCH HIGHER

Lights in two rooms of my house started to flicker and at times I would completely lose power in those rooms. I called Ray to come out and after he looked around he determined that one of the wires coming from the street had a damaged connection. The wires outside my house are the utility company's responsibility and they came out and fixed everything. It was just nice that Ray was honest with me. I am not an expert electrician and with my limited knowledge Ray could have made a long list of things that he needed to replace and I would not have been the wiser. While Ray was at my house he mentioned that he was an electrician in the Navy for 20 years and has been doing electrical since he retired in 1998. With all of his experience, great customer service and high level of honesty I would recommend Pierson Electric to anyone.
