Upon a reference from a friend and neighbor on my street I contacted Pigeon Pro. The first time here it seemed like they did what I thought they should do, but try to get them to come out AGAIN and complete the job as stated. I STILL have BIRD SXXXX all over my from entry way leading to the front door and I have made them aware of this 3 times. When I leave my home pigeons fly off my roof. They finally came out after I sent them pictures of more shit in the same are, along with sparrows trying to nest above my patio doors. First they send the salesman who says ANYTHING you want to hear to sell his job and it is often things the inner office have not heard of and WILL NOT do. Secondly, I do not think he knows his -- from his --.. He now tries to tell me it is roof run off, with bird shit and sticks, OK? Then he says it is in the roof tiles- Get a contractor to fix the roof tiles.... 6 year old house without these issues before -OK? I show him the area at the back patio, he asks if I tried to get on a ladder and get the nest down, hello, what did I pay you for? I am 70 years old with Multiple Sclerosis. Well, did you try to knock it down with a broom??? I get home from my shopping to get an invoice to for a trap on the roof for $350 (which was in the original contract) and for netting above my patio door. SO WHER IS THE 5 YEAR WARRANTY?? BE CAREFUL, BE VERY CAREFUL. And if Vance comes to your house- throw him out!

Nothing really. they were a little late with scheduling but otherwise satisfied.

Did not do a good job as they advertise. And paid a substantial amount of money for nothing, pigeons still here. Would not recommend them to anyone.

This was a repair job to existing installation. Some mesh had become detached during recent windy weather and a few spikes had come off. Everything was repaired and was inspected. Mesh was also reinforced and spikes re-glued on other surfaces. All done for minimum charge. Recommend!

Zak and Bradley, from PigeonPro s, arrived on time and thoroughly cleaned my roof, solar panels and caged off possible entry points on my roof. They explained the process and that there were very few droppings on and under the panels. I shouldn t have any reoccurring issues. I m satisfied with their service.

Pigeon Pros provided me a detailed estimate of exactly what needed to be done to resolve the pigeon problem on our roof. Pigeon Pros were professional and on time. They installed spikes and mesh wire on our roof. I’m writing this review 4 months later and I’m happy to say the pigeons are not a problem anymore!

if you have pigeon problems, please contact them as soon as possible for helping you with these birds leaving a major mess on your roof and surrounding areas.

The Pigeon Pros are definitely Pros!! From start to finish they were great. Lana was very friendly and super responsive to all my questions. They were quick to get me scheduled and they came on time and worked efficiently. Upon arriving Kyle did a great job explaining the work that he and Zach were going to do. They worked well together safely, they did a super job and did the job right. Many Thanks Lana, Kyle and Zach Would definite recommend them to anyone that is having trouble with birds.

They promptly called me once I chose them from HomeAdviser. Came out next day with an estimate, and the next day they did the job! Provided a drawing of the house and identified where netting and wire would be installed. They arrived when they said they would,cleaned up yard, and showed us the work which met our satisfaction.
