I had 2 woodpecker patches installed and a scary ballon. The ballon does not do anything as the woodpecker has just moved down an inch under the patch and pecks there now. The owner also mentioned painting the patches but the worker did not do any painting. Overall it stopped two holes in my wall but did not scare the woodpecker away.

"We were asked to patch 2 holes on side of house. We guaranteed the woodpeckers would never go threw the patch's. The ballon is a scare tactic it's not a guarantee but has helped other customers. If the customer would like a refund on the ballon than they only have to ask. For the record we're asked patch two holes not put in sonic devices which would cost much more. Customer wanted an inexpensive alternative and a quick fix"
