I have had trouble finding someone to repair residential undercounter ice makers - most do not even want to come and look. Mitchell with Pikes Peak responded quickly and was able to fix our machine for a very reasonable price. We are very happy with their service.

They were able to come out on Easter with one day service request. Offered options once they determined what was wrong with my washer. I chose to replace rather then repair due to the age of my washer and the cost of part that were needed to repair. But the service was great.

This business owner does not keep his commitments. He does not arrive on time and has excuses why he can't come. He does not communicated or call when he does not show up. I paid an online amount of 707.91 for parts he said he need money up front for. I have not seen one of those parts in the past two weeks or kept any schedule appointments.

Work not done as promised multiple time delays failed to meet deadline also when he was putting my machine back together he says he found another broken part causing more delay. he was always coming out late or giving excuse why he could not come out. he should have know it was going to cost more to fix then buying a new machine. @ this point after breaking all ties he still wanted me to pay for 2 hours of labor and he wants me help pay for re stocking fees for parts.

Our gas oven quit working. I received a phone call within minutes of requesting help. They were able to get me in quickly, ordered the part and installed it within a few days. It s now working great. We are very pleased with their honesty and response time. A great price in our opinion as well.

So surprised that they could come out within an hour of my contact, apparently because it was at the end of the week. Very thorough and conscientious. Repaired dryer and garbage disposal so they now work well. Very reasonable rates and great clean up. Will definitely call them again.
