Zach did a great job in ultimately getting home ethernet connections from our first-floor router to two second-floor studies. He was diligent and showed he wanted me to be pleased with the result. His cost was about one-third of the quote from another cabling company, with the only material difference between the two is the use of **cat 5E cable** rather than cat 6 cables (which really was not needed). My only concern is that he do a better job of planning. He did arrive an hour late, because he realized the day of the job that he needed to buy more cable to do the job. He also did not have a ladder to reach the second floor soffit, which was necessary to do the job - but fortunately I had one. I would not hesitate to hire him again, but I would do what I could to ensure he was prepared when he was scheduled to start the job.

Shows up late for appointment twice. Seems to lack experience, did not clean up after work performed, did not connect one tv (written as part of the contract) left tools and equipment behind, and will not return messages to reschedule or pick up tools. Looks like I will need to dispute charges.

I hire Pikes peak tech support (Mr. Zachary) for a security camera system, the job was not completed took 3 days for installation (not properly) loose wiring all over and not professional. He claimed i did not provided him the time to complete the job when I provide the time he requested. Long story short I did not ask for discount or anything I paid what he charge me and the system is not working waisted 2 extra days of what he said the installation will take. He refused to reimburse the money for everything and refused to take the equipment back, he also lied about contacting the manufacturer about equipment exchange (i confirmed with the manufacturer). I will not recommend the company or his work he lacks basic installation knowledge and be careful when he says 45 minutes it really means 4 hours. I would not recommend the company or him for any services. I'm active duty military and I can provide proof if requested so you don't get scam.

"Carlos, when a job time estimate is made it is an estimate only, it is not a guarantee, secondly when I left your home your system was working perfectly, I came back as a courtesy twice to fix problems that were not present when we left your property. As far as contacting my distributor for materials, you were standing right there in front of me as I was speaking with them. I even offered to replace your NVR out of my own pocket, and come out and help you figure out what happened to your system in which you called me a liar, that you are ?glad I did not join the military, because I do not want to serve next to someone like you? which is when I"
