Gabriel from Pilgrim Chimney Sweep called me within hours of submitted my Home Advisor request. He booked my chimney cleaning for the next day. Jesse, the sweeper, arrived about 25 minutes late, but he called me in advance to alert me that he was running behind schedule. Jesse was very friendly, courteous, and professional. After the cleaning, he told me that everything went smoothly, which indicated that my wood stove was functioning properly. He even saved the removed soot for me to recycle in my garden! I had a very positive experience top-to-bottom with this company. I will use them again next year.

Great customer service!!! Scheduled my appointment through Home advisors and then called and spoke with Sonia. Explained that it would be a big help if I could have my sweep and inspection on a Monday. Even though this is not a work day for them, she quickly and willingly confirmed me for a Monday. Jesse was wonderful. He took time to explain what he was doing and why and what additional work to the chimney should be done to keep my stove running efficiently and safely. I would highly recommend Pilgrim ChimneySweep to my family, friends and neighbors.

I am retired Military so the fact that the tech arrived 10 minutes early was a big plus for me . He tarped the area off was clean and efficient ,left no mess when he was done and everything was put back together to my complete satisfaction.
