Revised Review (2 in all areas) This is a revised review written about a month after the original review; I had rated this contractor as a 5 in all areas (see below); however, after several requests he has not provided a written report; his verbal advice to me is useless; Original review (5 in all areas) I wish I had hired him much earlier; I installed a 30-year roof in 2003 and am now noticing buckling of shingles; he gave it a thorough check and told me that while the installation was not optimal, I did have a maintenance issue. He suggested the solution.
