As a home inspector, my mission is to afford my clients the opportunity to make an informed decision regarding their home purchase; the home that will become their safe haven. I call what I do "The Moment of Truth". It is the moment when the emotion of buying and selling a home meets the reality of the issues of that home. My goal is to communicate effectively, knowledgeably, efficiently, and openly, about the condition of a home. I understand that my customers trust me to inform and educate them about what I see and what I find, and this is a trust I hold in the highest regard. For the home buyer, my work is an objective explanation of the condition of the potential new home to which an emotional tie is already being formed.
