We see ourselves as a family business, with a passion to help our neighbors make an educated decision on the purchase of a home. The inspection process is performed to provide the client with information about the condition of the systems and components of the home at the time of the home inspection. We inform clients of items that are not function properly, significantly deficient, unsafe, or near the end of their service lives. We give a reason or explanation as to the nature or the deficiency; and we recommend to correct, and sometimes suggest that you monitor the deficiency for future correction. The mission of the Barker Team at Pillar to Post is to be excellent on our communication both written and verbal, to be non-alarmists. No home is perfect, but every problem has a solution. We form partnerships with reputable realtors and work together to help clients through the home buying process.
