Chris Hebert was our inspector and he did an AMAZING job at catching things I wouldn't have caught myself. We had a 1 year builder warranty expiring and he was able to identify some MAJOR items that would have cost us thousands had we not have caught that prior to the expiration of our warranty. An AC drainage issue alone that was pointed out more than paid for our nominal fee that he charged for the inspection. Great service - I would personally recommend Chris to anyone looking for a home inspector for any reason! Very thorough and professional!

Chris was professional, thorough and did an amazing job. He checked the place from top to bottom. He was able to complete the inspection within two days of my call. Answered every question and gave us a report within the hour of completion. I would recommend him to anyone.
