Ron was extremely patient with all my questions and very professional. He never made me feel like he was in a rush or that I was asking stupid questions. He explained everything very thoroughly. I was concerned about the possibility of Black Mold in the the apartment I was renting, Ron offered to come out and check the house after 5pm, which is not something all inspectors are willing to do. I would use him again in a heartbeat.
