Very responsive, but they did reschedule. I was disappointed because I had made plans to stay home and they cancelled about 2 hrs before they were supposed to show up. They did install the next day and did a good job.

I hired PinPoint for residential work. There were 5 new light fixtures to install and one ceiling fan. We needed 2 junction boxes (at least). Also needed troubleshooting on one light that did not work. Mike was prompt for our appointment. As he started the job, he noticed the neutral carrying 40-43 volts (I don't know electric) and said it shouldn't be. He checked the attic wiring and also the newly installed upgraded panel.. Mike couldn't complete what I wanted done because it appears we have a whole house problem and he wants me to remove all 3 inches of attic insulation before he can trace the problem. Now the insulation pros ask me WHY?

Pin Point and Mike are the best. Don't even bother to look anywhere else. They were great to work with, did everything they said they were going to do and did the work at a fair price. They replaced all my exterior lighting and put in two ceiling fans, one of which is on a 18 foot high ceiling. I would not hesitate to use them again.

Contractor was available on short notice, completed job without supervision.

PinPoint electrician provided a fair and reasonable price for repairing the ceiling fan and installed the Outlets in the basement. The work is neat and clean. Proactively provided ideas for installing recessed lighting and mounting flat screen TV's. Overall I am happy with the service provided.

I thought that he did a fine job. Offer excellent advice and completed the job in satisfactory time. I have another project, and will most likely call this electrician to come and fix it.

Finished work looked excellent, including the required touch up to dry wall and painting to exact match. Pricing was not inexpensive but worth it when you want a top notch result.
