The contractor showed up for an estimate, a deposit and a final payment. Other than that we didn't see him. They were supposed to rorotill the old grass but they didn't. He estimated 24 yards of soil and his laborer's showed up with 10 yards. Fortunately I arrived in time to stop them from laying the sod which they already started. I sent them for another 5 yards of soil which made the job OK but not exactly what we had discussed. I am satisfied but not thrilled. I will say that his worker's were very good. They were polite hard working and left the job very clean. Yes, I would recomend them but I would be there to oversee the job.
