Pine Log Landscape, LLC

The did a good job at first, but we signed up for a monthly service and they didn't show despite cashing our check. Then I could never get back in touch with anyone. I feel cheated since I paid them for a service and they didn't show up to do the job.

I chose Pine Log and they talked a good game however my agreement called for two services a month and tree prunning. I got one service a month, for the two months I had them working, the tree pruning never got done, I never got a schedule dispite asking several times on when services would be performed and I have left a voicemail to try and find out what was going on and never got a return call. I am done with them and have already hired another company.

The workers actually arrived early and started work immediately. They coordinated the job (hands-on, eyes-on guidance and direction from my wife...) and they did in record time what I could not do. They did and excellent job picking up debris and cleaning after themselves. It was a very professional job -- i would not hesitate to recommend this company to others needing tree & shrub trimming or removal.

McGowan came to our home and explained how he billed his customers and then gave us a quote both verbally and in writing. Based on his verbal and written quote we okayed the work. He billed us almost twice the maximum amount he had quoted in writing. I am in law enforcement and he presented himself as having a background in law enforcement as well. I assumed he would handle his business with honor and so did not confront him in front of his crew about the overbilling. I contacted him later to take up the matter and after initially indicating that he would issue a refund he has disappeared. No refund. No contact of any kind. No honor in business dealings. We believe Mr. McGowan needs to be the man that he presented himself as and do the right thing here. Thank you for this forum and we will appreciate any help you all can be to us in this matter. Dale was able to work me into his busy Saturday schedule (he went out of his way to get to my house), give me the best quote I had heard in a while, and cut my grass right that day. He also went above and beyond by removing a hornets nest that was building by my front door and blowing off both front and back porch. I am very pleased with the quality of Dale's work and the professionalism he promotes. You can't go wrong by giving Pine Log Landscape a call and having Dale come out.

I couldn't ask for a better landscaper lawn care etc they have done a great job for the price i am paying them they are coming back today to finish up but over all they have done an excellent job

My husband contracted with Pine Log Landscape for regular mowing. His rates were more than reasonable and his crew showed up a day early as they were in the area and did a wonderful job in a short amount of time. I was only sorry I couldn't tip them. They were early and I hadn't gotten any cash from the bank that day. They were very respectful and professional nevertheless and I've told all my friends about them already.

He was very flexible, willing to do as little or as much as we wanted in the yard.

they did a fabulous job for a great price. they were even down on hands and knees picking weeds! The yard was immaculate when they finished. Great Job Dale and team.

Dale is the nicest and most knowledgeable landscaper I have met. His rates are Very reasonable and is very honest as to what is needed and what is not needed. I would recommend him to everyone.

Mr. McGowan was very professional but still personable. He came and gave me a quote after hours and got the job going as soon as I contacted him. The workers were discouraged when they got because of the condition of my yard, but they stayed until the job was done, late. I forgot that my yard could look that good. I already have neighbors asking for his name and number. I am sure he will be getting more customers here.

What started out as great service went downhill with promises to do the work but never showing up or calling even after being prepaid for monthly services. No reply to numerous emails and phone calls.
