Our mission at Optimum Climates is to provide our costumers with the best Heating, Ventilation, and Air Conditioning Services (HVAC) by our knowledgeable and local service team. Both Ben Simcox and Matt Pavlik, the founders of Optimum Climates, were born and raised in Northeast Ohio and understand the importance of having quality and trustworthy services at a reasonable cost. Here at Optimum Climates we understand that your heating and cooling system is an investment; and given our climate in Northeast Ohio, a necessary one. We want to help you maintain that investment and get the most out of your unit. Over 40% of the average home’s energy costs are related to the heating and cooling. A well maintained unit will not only have a longer running life, but can also save up to 30% on your energy bills annually. Matt from Pine Ridge responded promptly to our request. Very personable and professional. Due to cold weather he determined how urgent our needs were. He explained everything needed in a way we could understand. He did not try to sell us any service or part we didn't need. Would definitely hire Pine Ridge again.

Matt was very personable and professional. He even worked me in a day earlier than our original scheduled appointment. He explained what he was doing and kept me informed of the costs. I would definitely hire Pine Ridge Heating and Cooling again for any future service I need on my AC or furnace.

Excellent service. Matt was a pleasure to do business with. AC unit is getting old, Matt explained the procedures and the parts he used for the repairs, all at a great price. I highly recommend Pine Ridge Heating & Cooling, and will definitely call them again if needed.
