"This is not accurate. We did the work that we discussed. You wanted 12 flowers, shrubs trimmed, and mulched. We did the work, then you said with not that many flowers it looks *cheap*. So I went out and bought more flowers without charging extra. We agreed on a time to meet at the house to decide where to plant the flowers, and you never showed up. I talked to your husband and he could not get a hold of you. We run a tight schedule and are unable to keep coming back out when it only is available to you."
