"Jim, I do not quite understand why I am given a poor review when I had nothing to do with this transaction other than giving you a name and number. Lesson learned. Why would you leave me a bad review for helping you out? You did not go thru me for the contract with this carpenter, you asked zero questions upfront, and you did not ask me to assist with the contracting. I have no authority over this transaction which I told you in my email. We take the quality of our work very seriously and had you asked I would have handled the contract for you.
