I requested multiple proposals for my project. Tyler from Pinebreeze was the first to respond. He came out quickly, examined the project, and gave me a reasonable quote. Other companies gave me a quote but never even looked at the site. What I was quoted was what I paid. I had the project completed the following week. The work only took a couple of hours. Tyler and his team were friendly and courteous. They explained everything to me in detail. The most important thing was that the issue was resolved the first time. My radon levels when from 16 pCi/l (over 4X the safe amount) to 0.4 pCi/l. That exceeded my expectations.

You get what you pay for. He was the cheapest out of the other ones I talked to. Not very good follow-up. I had to request the report after the time he said he would send it to me. There was no explanation of the report. I got the information I needed but really just a 50/50 service.

I was the annoying person who followed the inspector the entire time he was inspecting my new home. It didn t even bother him, he took the time to explain the whole process and anything that was wrong. He was very very through threw out the inspection. Great service all around.

The only thing, the re-test, was supposed to be done in couple days. It looks like now it could be over a week, I needed it sooner. They are supposed to call us today, we will see.

Pinebreeze did awesome! I was selling my house. the buyer brought an inspector and found that my house was above EPA standard for radon testing. I called around and got a couple quotes from a few big companies. They wanted $3800 to fix the problem. I called Tyler and he said he would re-test my house for free to double check that the radon levels were high. Tyler couldn't believe it but It turns out the level was in fact way above where it should have been. Once we confirmed the levels were too high he told me he would fix the problem for Half the price of what the big companies were asking. He scheduled appointments with me right on the spot. He was always on time and never missed any appointments. He came through and explained everything then did everything exactly the way he said he would. when they retested the radon levels in the house they were below 1. Tyler completely fixed the issue. He was great from start to finish!
